If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, apply today.The Manager, Employer Engagement will support sector-based partnerships, career exposure, and work-based learning with a focus on community college engagement.Manager, Employer Engagement Qualifications:Associate or Bachelor's degree in higher education, public policy, economics, business or related fieldsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationshipsOrganizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with a keen attention to detailProven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and adaptable to various competing demandsExcellent communication and presentation skills Ability to travel within Southeast MIManager, Employer Engagement Responsibilities:MANAGE TALENTED EMPLOYER AND COMMUNITY COLLEGE PARTNERSHIP STRATEGYSupport partnerships that bring community colleges and employers together to better prepare people for in-demand jobs.
