We are seeking an organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented Proposal Writer to support business growth through the development of compelling, high-quality proposal responses for OneVeracity’s various solutions including Health Plan, VeracityRx and Onsite Health Centers. This role manages the proposal process from intake through submission and partners closely with the Director of Proposal Strategy, sales, marketing, and subject matter experts to deliver winning proposals. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, project manager, and collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and embraces AI and technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end proposal process, including RFPs, RFIs, questionnaires, finalist presentations, and other sales opportunities 
• Serve as the primary point of contact for proposal coordination, timelines, deliverables, and submissions 
• Draft, edit, and customize proposal content that clearly communicates OneVeracity's value and differentiators 
• Partner with the Director of Proposal Strategy to execute win themes, strategic messaging, competitive positioning, and proposal narratives 
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, finance, clinical, operations, and other subject matter experts to gather and validate content 
• Ensure all responses meet client requirements, brand standards, compliance expectations, and submission deadlines 
• Develop executive summaries, cover letters, and other client-facing content
• Support daily sales quotes by gathering inputs, coordinating pricing and preparing proposal materials
• Maintain and continuously improve the proposal content library, templates, and response repository 
• Conduct research to support proposal development, market positioning, and competitive differentiation 
• Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve proposal quality, efficiency, content development, and knowledge management 
• Track proposal activity, maintain documentation, and identify opportunities to improve processes and scalability 
• Support proposal debriefs, win/loss reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives 
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment 
• Support broader sales and marketing initiatives as business needs evolve 
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in proposal writing, proposal management, marketing communications, technical writing, sales enablement, or related roles
• Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and varying levels of leadership
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining accountability and responsiveness
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 tools
• Comfort learning and adopting new technologies in a rapidly changing business environment
