PM Area Manager - Worth Township
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a PM Area Manager to work with a leading logistics company in Worth Township. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment and prefers working evening shifts.
Shift Patterns
Monday through Friday, 4:00 pm to 12:30 am
Pay Rates
33.00 USD hourly
Essential Requirements for PM Area Manager
Previous management or supervisory experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
Availability to work Monday–Friday from 4:00 PM–12:30 AM on a consistent basis.
Proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment while managing productivity, attendance, and performance.
Comfortable coaching employees, resolving workplace issues, and enforcing company policies and safety procedures.
Specifically seeking a long-term PM/evening shift opportunity.
Role for PM Area Manager
Oversee daily warehouse and operational activities during the PM shift.
Lead, coach, and support team members to meet productivity and quality goals.
Monitor attendance, performance, and workflow throughout the shift.
Ensure safety procedures and company policies are followed.
Resolve operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
