Job Description
New York Community Care is looking for a Director Of Operations to work for a large Licensed Home Care Agency in Brooklyn. This role will direct and oversee all aspects of clinical & staffing programs. As Director Of Operations , you will play an integral role in the daily functions of the home care agency.
Director Of Operations Responsibilities
Plan, supervise, coordinate & evaluate all patient care services provided by the agency .
Assist in administrative decision making & development of all agency policies & procedures as they relate to staffing.
Perform evaluation of staffing employees performance & ensure maximum utilization of staff.
Director Of Operations Qualifications:
A degree in public administration, Nursing, health education, business administration or business management is preferred.
3+ years of Home Care Administrative experience is preferred.
