Job Summary: As a Customer Business Manager, focusing on the Walmart business, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating and managing GPN’s relationship with Walmart, one of its most significant retail partners. Your ResponsibilitiesAccount Management: Manage day-to-day customer relationships and communicationsDevelopment and implementation of customer specific business plans to meet and exceed sales targets, volume growth and profitability goalsTrade fund management with P&L understanding and ownershipInsights & AnalyticsUtilize Nielsen and Luminate/Scintilla data to understand trends, results, and customer behaviorIdentify and develop compelling selling stories to move strategy forward Forecasting & PlanningMonitor sales performance and work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and lead accurate sales forecastsCross Functional CollaborationDrive strong partnerships with internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategiesCollaborate with Walmart’s merchandising and replenishment teams to optimize product availability, placement, and promotionsDigital Acceleration Key contributor to accelerating omni-channel platform via digital shelf management, content and search optimization, ratings and reviews, online visibilityExperience and Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field from a 4 year college or university5 or more years of CPG sales experience into Walmart and/or Sam’sDigital / Omni channel skills (search optimization)Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, WordWhere and how you will workThis opportunity is based in Northwest Arkansas with hybrid working arrangements available through our Smart working model which allows a great choice in how you work and live, giving you a better work-life balance.The role involves strategic planning, a keen understanding of market dynamics, managing an accurate forecast, trade management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive profitable growth and market share for the Glanbia Performance Nutrition business.
