Crew Laborer / Conveyor Belt Technician
Department: Operations
Reports To: Service Manager
Work Schedule: Full-Time, average 50 hours per week
Location: Branch Based – Indiana, Illinois, Tennessee
Compensation: Hourly, Non-Exempt FLSA
Overview: The Crew Laborer / Conveyor Belt Technician supports field and shop operations by performing conveyor belt maintenance, repairs, and specialty service work. This role is a hands-on position requiring physical capability, technical aptitude, and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. Employees in this role work as part of a service crew under the direction of a Crew Boss and Service Management.
Reports To: Crew Boss and respective Service Managers (Surface, Underground, or Specialty).

Remote / Hybrid Work - This position is not eligible for remote or hybrid work. Job duties require an on-site presence at customer locations, job sites, and company facilities.
Travel Requirements-Regular travel to customer job sites is required. Travel may include daily local travel and occasional overnight stays depending on project location, duration, and business needs. A valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record are required.
